Managing Favorites: Adding, Viewing, and Removing Media
VIDIZMO offers a Favorites feature that allows you to bookmark media for easy access. Adding media to your favorites creates a personalized collection that you can view at any time from your profile.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you belong to a group with the Media Favorite feature enabled, or have a CAL that grants this permission. By default, this feature is enabled in the Content Manager, Contributor, and Viewer groups.
Add Media to Favorites
From the Homepage or Media Library
- Select the overflow menu icon (three horizontal dots) on the media.
- Select Add to Favorites.
A notification appears confirming the media has been added to your favorites.
From the Playback Page
- On the playback page, select the heart icon.
The icon changes to indicate the media is now in your favorites.
View Favorite Media
- Select your Profile icon.
- Select Favorites.
The Favorites library opens, displaying all your saved media.
Remove Media from Favorites
From the Favorites Library
- Select the overflow menu icon (three horizontal dots) on the media you want to remove.
- Select Remove from Favorites.
From the Playback Page
- On the playback page of a favorited media, select the heart icon again.
The heart icon toggles between adding and removing media from your favorites.
