How to View Related Media

The playback page in VIDIZMO displays a set of media related to the media being played back. Related media is populated using an algorithm that determines the most relevant published media in the portal library based on the following attributes:

  1. Title
  2. Author name
  3. Category
  4. Tags
  5. Description

Once media is uploaded and these attributes are provided, VIDIZMO determines the most relevant published media and displays them on the right side of the playback page.

For a Course, related media is determined based on the attributes of the Course, not the individual modules. For a Playlist or Collection, related media is determined based on the attributes of each individual media item and dynamically refreshes as you progress from one media to another.

  1. From the portal homepage or media library, select the media you want to view.
  2. On the playback page, the related media appears on the right side under Related Media.
  3. Select any related media item to begin playback.

To load additional related media, select Show More at the bottom of the list.
