View and Export Redaction Activity Reports

The Redaction Activity Report provides a centralized view of all redaction events that occurred in the content file.The report lists all redaction objects and their associated metadata fields.You can view and download this report from the Redaction Report tab, located in the overflow menu of the redacted file.

Purpose of the Report​

The Redaction Activity Report helps users track, review, and document all redaction applied to a specific content file.Each report captures redaction performed on an individual file and does not include redaction made on copies of that file.Users can download this report for record keeping or export purposes.

Data Fields in the Report​

The following data fields are included in the report:

  • Redaction Type: The category of redaction, such as License Plate, Person, or OCR text.

  • Start Time: The timestamp when the redaction begins.

  • End Time: The timestamp when the redaction ends.

  • Confidence: The detection confidence score for the redaction.

  • Redacted By: The user who performed the redaction.

  • Redaction Date: The date when the redaction was applied.

The fields displayed in the report vary depending on the content type. For images, the report does not include the Start Time and End Time fields. For documents, the report displays the Page Number field in the table.

Access and Download the Redaction Activity Report​

  1. Open the overflow menu for the redacted content file.The Redaction Activity Report is available only for files that have redaction applied.
  2. Select Redaction Report from the menu.

A page opens displaying all redaction activity reports, where you can view detailed information.

  1. Click Download.
  2. Choose your preferred format:
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to CSV

Note: The Redaction Activity Report feature is supported starting from version 11.2.341.You cannot generate reports for files that were redacted before this release.Reports are available only for redaction performed after version 11.2.341.If a file was uploaded prior to this release but redacted afterward, the report will reflect only the redaction activity performed after the release.
