How to Insert HubSpot Form in a Video
VIDIZMO integrates with HubSpot forms, allowing you to embed them in videos to track participants, collect information, and support lead conversion. You need your HubSpot account's Portal ID and Form ID to proceed.
Prerequisites
- Belong to a group with OnDemand Studio feature enabled, or have a CAL that grants permissions to use it.
- Obtain the Form ID and Portal ID from your HubSpot form's Form Embed Code when publishing.
For more information, see Understanding Video Interactivity using Studio Space.
Access Studio Space
- From the top left navigation menu, expand Admin and select Media Manager.
- Locate the video, then select its overflow menu (three dots).
- Select Studio Space.
Add HubSpot Form
- In Studio Space, select HubSpot from the interactive elements.
- Select Add New to create a new HubSpot form entry.
Configure Form Settings
- Enter the Portal ID and Form ID copied from your HubSpot account.
- Set the Load at timestamp using the scrubber below the player to specify when the form appears.
- Configure Specify Availability to define a duration during which viewers can voluntarily access the form. If viewers do not engage during this window, the form appears automatically at the end of the specified duration.
- Enable Allow Skip if you want viewers to dismiss the form without completing it.
- Select Add New to add additional forms, or select Remove to delete an existing form entry.
- Select Publish to save changes, or Discard to cancel.
NOTE: Changes are not saved if you refresh the page before publishing.
