How to Define a Privacy Policy
A Privacy Policy is an important piece of legal information that is not only required by law but also serves as a document that imparts significant information about how an organization processes, stores and uses data of its end-users. It aims to clarify every possible scenario where an end-user's personal data will be stored and used in the system.
The privacy policy serves as a rudimentary data processing agreement that an organization is liable to get signed by every end-user to save their explicit consent against such data processing and its legitimate use. For more information, see Understanding User Consent for Data Processing.
