How to Set Retention Period for Deleted Content

The retention period determines how long deleted content remains recoverable before permanent deletion. During this period, users can contact VIDIZMO Support to recover deleted content. After the retention period expires, the content is permanently deleted.

Set Retention Period​

  1. Select the navigation menu.
  2. Expand Admin.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Expand Library.
  5. Select Retention Period.
  6. Enter the number of days for the retention period.
  7. Select Update.
