How to Configure Social Media Sharing in Portal

VIDIZMO allows users to share portal media on social media platforms such as Facebook and X (Twitter). This enables content to reach a larger audience outside the portal.

Prerequisites​

Before sharing media, ensure sharing is allowed in Default Publish Settings. See Default Publish Settings for Uploaded Media for details.

Enable Social Media Sharing​

  1. Select the navigation menu.
  2. Expand Admin.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Expand Library.
  5. Select Media Sharing.
  6. Select Allow Sharing to enable social media sharing on the portal.
  7. Select Update.

To disable media sharing, deselect Allow Sharing and select Update.
