How to Configure Comments in Portal
VIDIZMO allows users to leave comments on media for interactivity. Commenting is a permission-based feature where Managers and Administrators can enable or disable commenting at the portal level. Users can add, edit, or delete their own comments.
You can configure comments from Portal Settings or from Media Manager.
Enable Comments in Portal
- Select the navigation menu.
- Expand Admin.
- Select Portal Settings.
- Expand Library.
- Select Comments.
- Select Allow Comments to enable commenting on your portal.
- Select Allow Comment Moderation if you want comments to be reviewed before publishing. See Understanding Content Moderation for details.
- Select Update.
Commenting for individual media files can still be configured during upload or in media settings. See How to Comment On A Media for details.
