How to Feature a Portal on Homepage
Featuring portals on the Homepage promotes them to users and makes it easier to access their content. Users can identify portals of importance and relevance, and can request to join or leave a portal directly from the featured listing.
All sub-portals of an account appear in the Featured Portals configuration. You can mark portals as featured, reorder them by drag and drop, and they display in the Featured Portals section on the Account Homepage.
Prerequisites
- You must belong to a group with Portal Management feature enabled, or have a CAL that grants this permission.
Feature a Portal
- In the left navigation panel, expand Admin and select Portal Settings.
- In the Portal Settings navigation, expand Home Page.
- Select Featured Portals.
- The right panel displays all portals created in your Account.
- Select Mark as Featured next to the portal you want to feature on the Homepage.
- To reorder featured portals, drag and drop the portals using the handle icon.
- Select Update to save your changes.
A notification confirms the successful update.

View Featured Portals
On the Account Homepage, all featured portals display in the Featured Portals section. Selecting a portal name navigates to that portal's homepage.
Remove a Featured Portal
- In the left navigation panel, expand Admin and select Portal Settings.
- In the Portal Settings navigation, expand Home Page.
- Select Featured Portals.
- Select Remove from Featured next to the portal you want to remove.
- Select Update to save your changes.
