Modifying the Background of the Portal

VIDIZMO allows you to customize the portal background using two elements: background color and background image. These settings apply to every screen in the portal.

Access Background Settings​

  1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Go to Branding > Customize.
  5. Navigate to the Background section.

Customize Background Color​

  1. Select the color box to open the color picker.
  2. Select your desired color using one of the following methods:
    • Drag the cursor in the color selection pane.
    • Enter a hex code for precise color selection.
    • Adjust RGBA values using the up-down arrows.
    • Modify Hue, Lightness, Saturation, and Alpha (opacity) values.
  3. Select Update.

To remove the background color, select the Remove button.

Upload Background Image​

  1. Select Choose File.
  2. Select the desired image file.
  3. Select Update.

To remove the background image, select the Remove button.

NOTE:

  • Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif
  • Recommended image size: 2560 x 1440 pixels. Using a different size may reduce image quality.
