How to Use PNG Font Icons
Some organizations have security policies that restrict downloading fonts from external sources due to potential risks from malicious fonts or code injections. VIDIZMO provides PNG font icon images as an alternative, ensuring compliance with security requirements while maintaining a consistent visual appearance.
If you notice missing font icons in your portal, enable PNG fonts using the instructions below.
Prerequisites
- Belong to a group with Branding/Customization feature enabled, or have a CAL that grants this permission.
Enable PNG Font Icons
- Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
- Expand the Admin section.
- Select Portal Settings.
- Go to Branding > Customize.
- In the Global section, enable Use PNG Icons.
- Select Update.
A confirmation message appears indicating the portal information has been updated.
NOTE: Enabling PNG fonts may slightly affect portal branding. Some icons might not switch to your primary color defined in the enterprise style guide.
