How to Upload Portal Favicon

A favicon is an icon associated with your website, typically displayed in the browser address bar and bookmarks.

Upload Favicon

1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
2. Expand the Admin section.
3. Select Portal Settings.
4. Go to Branding > White Label.
5. Select Choose File.
6. Select an image file in .ico format and select Open.
7. Select Update.

A confirmation message appears indicating the portal information has been updated.

NOTE: Only .ico files are supported for favicon upload.
