How to Customize Portal Branding

VIDIZMO branding helps standardize the application's user interface for all users, ensuring a seamless user experience. You can customize thumbnails, headers, backgrounds, and apply custom CSS to match your organization's identity.

Access Branding Settings​

  1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Go to Branding > Customize.

Configure Global Branding​

  1. In the Thumbnail section, select Choose File to upload a portal thumbnail.
  2. In the Header section, use the color palette to select a header color.
    • Modify gradient settings as needed.
    • Enter a hexadecimal color code directly for precise color selection.
  3. Optional: Enable PNG Font to display PNG icons when external font downloads are restricted by organizational policies.
  4. Select Update.

NOTE: Enabling PNG Font may affect branding appearance.

Upload Background Image​

  1. Use the color palette to select a background color for the portal.
  2. In the Background Image section, select Choose File to upload an image.
  3. Select Update.

Apply Custom CSS​

  1. In the Custom CSS section, enter your CSS code to customize portal styling.
  2. Select Update.
