How to Change Portal Thumbnail and Site Header

The portal thumbnail represents your portal and appears on the All Portals screen. The site header color can be customized to match your corporate branding.

Upload Portal Thumbnail​

The portal thumbnail displays your corporate logo or custom image. If no thumbnail is uploaded, the default VIDIZMO logo appears.

  1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Go to Branding > Customize.
  5. Select Choose file.
  6. Select your thumbnail image and select Open.
  7. Select Update.

A confirmation message appears indicating the portal information has been updated.

NOTE: Recommended dimension: 100 x 56 pixels. Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif.

Change Site Header Color​

The site header color applies to the portal header area across all pages.

  1. In Portal Settings, go to Branding > Colors.
  2. Select the Choose Color box.
  3. Select your desired header color.
  4. Select Update.

A confirmation message appears indicating the portal information has been updated.
