How to Change Language Settings in Your Portal

VIDIZMO is a multilingual application that supports multiple languages. With support for LTR (left-to-right) and RTL (right-to-left) languages, VIDIZMO adjusts the layout accordingly. Administrators can change the language at the Account level, while users can change their personal language preference.

Users with Portal Management permissions can enable or disable multilingual options and set the default language for the portal. If a user configures a different language from their profile, the selected language overrides the Admin settings.

For more details, see How to Change your Personal Language.

[!NOTE] The default language can only be set by users with Portal Management permissions. Changes to the default language apply to the entire platform.

Configure Portal Language Settings

  1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section.
  3. Select Portal Settings.

    • Allow users to browse and navigate Portal in all allowed languages - Users can select any available language.
    • Allow Contributor+ users in your Portal to brand content in multiple languages so that users may browse Portal and its content in only those specific languages - Enables multilingual content branding. See Understanding Multilingual Support in VIDIZMO for details.
