Viewing Shared Evidence as an External User in DEMS
External users can view evidence shared with them through the Limited Sharing feature. External users must register as Public Viewers to access shared evidence.
Public Viewers are unauthenticated users with restricted access to public content shared with them.
Register as a Public Viewer
When evidence is shared with you, VIDIZMO sends two emails:
- Registration email - Contains a link to register for the portal
- Evidence link email - Contains a direct link to access the shared evidence
- Open the registration email and select Click here to complete your registration.
- On the Registration Page, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Password.
- Select Register.
- After registration completes, select the link to go to the Login page.
- Enter your credentials and select Sign In.

View Shared Evidence
After logging in as a Public Viewer:
- Go to the Shared with me page to see all evidence shared with you.
- Select the evidence thumbnail to view it.
Alternatively, use the direct link from the evidence link email to access specific shared evidence.
