How to View Media Information

VIDIZMO allows you to view detailed technical information about any media file, including file properties and rendition details.

Available Information​

  • File Name - Original file name
  • Preview - Thumbnail preview
  • Size - File size
  • Duration - Media length
  • Mime Type - File format type
  • Quality - Video quality level

Video Properties:

  • Video Codec
  • Bit Rate
  • Frame Rate
  • Frame Size

Audio Properties:

  • Audio Codec
  • Audio Bit Rate

View Media Information​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select Media Info from the overflow menu of the media.
  3. View the media information in the dialog.

View Rendition Details​

  1. In the Media Info dialog, select the + button next to a rendition.
  2. View the technical details for each rendition (quality variants created during transcoding).

Preview Media​

  1. In the Media Info dialog, select the Eye icon.
  2. The media plays in a popup player.
