How to Unpublish Media

VIDIZMO allows users to unpublish media to hide it from the portal while making changes. Unpublished media is moved to the Drafts tab and can be republished when ready.

Unpublish Single Media​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select Unpublish from the overflow menu of the media.
  3. In the confirmation popup, select Unpublish.

The media is moved to the Drafts tab.

Unpublish Multiple Media​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select multiple media files using the checkbox on each item.
  3. Select Unpublish from the top action menu.
  4. In the confirmation popup, select Unpublish.

View Unpublished Media​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select the Drafts tab.

All unpublished media appears in this list and can be republished when ready.
