How to Save Media as Draft

VIDIZMO allows media to be saved as a draft for publishing later. This is useful when you need to complete settings or review content before making it available to users.

Prerequisites​

Ensure you belong to a group with Contributor or higher permissions.

Save Media as Draft During Upload​

  1. Select the Add New Media (+) icon.
  2. Select Upload Video.
  3. Drag and drop videos or select Click here to Upload.
  4. After the upload begins, the Media Settings page opens.
  5. On the Basic Settings tab, select the Save as Draft checkbox.
  6. Select Save or Save and Close.

NOTE:

  • Save - Saves changes and keeps the settings page open
  • Save and Close - Saves changes and closes the settings page
  • Close - Closes without saving changes

Save Existing Media as Draft​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select Settings from the overflow menu of the media.
  3. On the Basic Settings tab, select the Save as Draft checkbox.
  4. Select Save or Save and Close.

View Draft Content​

  1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
  2. Select the Drafts tab.

All media saved as drafts appears in this list.
