How to Copy Link of Media Files

The copy link feature allows you to copy the playback URL of a media file to share with others.

NOTE:

• If the portal allows anonymous access, anyone with the URL can view the media.
• If the portal requires authentication, only registered VIDIZMO users can access the media.
• If the media is set to private in the Access tab, users with the copied link cannot view it.
• The copied URL preserves any active filters applied to the media.

Copy Link from Media Manager

1. In VIDIZMO, go to Admin > Media Manager.
2. Select Copy URL from the overflow menu of the media.
3. In the Copy Link window, select Copy.
4. Paste the copied link in a browser address bar to view the media.

Copy Link from Playback Page

1. Navigate to the media playback page.
2. Select the Share icon.
3. Select Copy Link.
