How to Search and Filter Content

VIDIZMO search indexes all metadata including titles, tags, descriptions, categories, author names, closed captions, and custom attributes. Search works globally across all portals within an account or within a specific portal based on user permissions.

VIDIZMO uses relevance-based search with field boosting, meaning results with matches in titles rank higher than matches in descriptions or tags. For more details, see Understanding Search in VIDIZMO.
