What are the different hosting and support models for VIDIZMO?

  1. Bring Your Own Cloud (VIDIZMO Managed):

VIDIZMO is installed in the customer’s cloud (e.g. Azure accoun) is the preferred model for most enterprise customers. The customer pays for VIDIZMO software licenses and services, retains full control over the environment and handles cloud consumption costs.

  1. Dedicated VIDIZMO-Provided Cloud (VIDIZMO Managed):

In this case, VIDIZMO is responsible for all costs such as VIDIZMO software, cloud consumption, etc. Customers' IT and security policies are enforced by VIDIZMO to the extent possible.

  1. Shared Cloud SaaS Model (VIDIZMO Managed):

A cost-efficient option for small to medium enterprises, where VIDIZMO hosts the solution in a multi-tenant environment. Customers pay a fixed subscription fee, covering software, storage, encoding, streaming and Client Access Licenses (CALs).

  1. On-Premise Data Center or Private Cloud (Customer Managed):

VIDIZMO is installed on the customer’s premises or private cloud (such as Azure, Amazon, Google, etc.). The customer is responsible for managing all VIDIZMO software updates, with the option to avail Tier 2 or Tier 3 support from VIDIZMO.
