How to Move an Evidence or Case from One Folder to Another

Move evidence or cases between folders to organize content within your portal.

Prerequisites

Ensure you belong to a group with the Upload and management content feature enabled.

Move Evidence

Using the Move Option

Single evidence:

  1. Select Move from the overflow menu of the evidence.
  2. Select the destination folder.
  3. Select Move.

Multiple evidence:

  1. Select multiple evidence files using the select option.
  2. Select Move from the top menu.
  3. Select the destination folder.
  4. Select Move.

Using Settings

Single evidence:

  1. Select Settings from the overflow menu of the evidence.
  2. In the Basic Settings tab, select Select Folder.
  3. Select the destination folder.
  4. Select Save and Close.

Multiple evidence:

  1. Select multiple evidence files using the select option.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu.
  3. In the Basic Settings tab, select Select Folder.
  4. Select the destination folder.
  5. Select Save and Close.

Move Cases

Using the Move Option

Single case:

  1. Select Move from the overflow menu of the case.
  2. Select the destination folder.
  3. Select Move.

Multiple cases:

  1. Select multiple cases using the select option.
  2. Select Move from the top menu.
  3. Select the destination folder.
  4. Select Move.

Using Settings

Single case:

  1. Select Settings from the overflow menu of the case.
  2. In the Basic Settings tab, select Select Folder.
  3. Select the destination folder.
  4. Select Save and Close.

Multiple cases:

  1. Select multiple cases using the select option.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu.
  3. In the Basic Settings tab, select Select Folder.
  4. Select the destination folder.
  5. Select Save and Close.
