How to View and Update VIDIZMO License
VIDIZMO enables you to view your acquired license information and update your product license by entering a new license key. This allows you to transition from an existing package to an upgraded one without contacting support.
NOTE: This feature is available for on-premise deployments only.
Prerequisites
- Ensure the Configuration Hub feature is enabled for your group in the portal.
WARNING:
- If a license is already activated, it cannot be re-activated.
- Once you activate a license against a server, that server will restart.
View License
- Open the navigation pane using the top-left button.
- Select Admin > Control Panel.
- The Dashboard displays by default.
- Select the document icon next to your activated license.
The License Information screen displays:
- Maximum number of Channels you can configure
- Maximum number of User Roles you can configure
- Package name you have subscribed to
Update License
- Open the navigation pane using the top-left button.
- Select Admin > Control Panel.
- Select the document icon next to your activated license.
- Select Change Key under Activate Software.
- Enter your updated License Key, or upload a License file if the VIDIZMO Licensing server is not accessible over the internet.
- Select Activate.
A notification confirms the license was activated successfully.
