Disable Users in the VIDIZMO Portal

Disable users to make them inactive in the portal. Unlike deleting a user, disabled users remain in the system but cannot access the portal or perform any actions. Any assigned CAL remains assigned to the disabled user.

Prerequisites

  • Assigned to the User Manager group or User Management permissions enabled.

Disable Users

  1. Select the hamburger menu (☰), then go to Admin > Users & Groups.
  2. Locate the user you want to disable.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To disable a single user: Select the overflow menu (three dots) next to the user, then select Disable User.
    • To disable multiple users: Select the checkboxes next to the users, select Action, then select Disable.

The selected users are now disabled and cannot access the portal.

NOTE: You cannot disable your own user account.
