Enable Users in the VIDIZMO Portal

Re-activate disabled users by enabling them in the portal. Enabled users regain access to the portal with their existing permissions and group memberships.

Prerequisites

  • Assigned to the User Manager group or User Management permissions enabled.

Enable Users

  1. Select the hamburger menu (☰), then go to Admin > Users & Groups.
  2. Select the Filter icon in the Members section.
  3. In the Enable/Disable dropdown, select Disable, then select Apply to view disabled users.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To enable a single user: Select the overflow menu (three dots) next to the user, then select Enable.
    • To enable multiple users: Select the checkboxes next to the users, select Action, then select Enable.

The selected users are now enabled and can access the portal.
